This Returns & Refunds Policy governs the return of products purchased on russianwatches.it, in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Legislative Decree 209/2025 (art. 54-bis) and applicable European regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (arts. 52–58 of Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 209/2025, a digital withdrawal button is available directly in your account area on this website.

Step-by-step procedure:

  1. Log in to your account on russianwatches.it
  2. Go to My Account → Orders
  3. Click the “Cancel this contract” button next to the relevant order (visible within 14 days of delivery)
  4. Fill in the form with your name, email address and reason (optional)
  5. Confirm your request in the next step

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the exact date and time of transmission, which serves as a receipt on a durable medium as required by art. 54-bis, paragraph 3.

Alternatively, you may use the withdrawal form available at: RETURNS & REFUNDS FORM or send a written notice to sovietalysrls@orologirussi.it.

2. Procedure After Withdrawal

The procedure varies depending on the status of your order at the time of the request.

Order not yet shipped

If your withdrawal request is received before the order has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled directly. No return is required. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the withdrawal confirmation, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Order already shipped

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of the request, you must return the product within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal confirmation email. The refund will be issued within 14 days of Sovietaly SRLS receiving the returned item.

Return instructions:

  • Ship to: Sovietaly SRLS, Viale dei Mille 70, 20129 Milano, Italy
  • Include in the parcel a copy of the withdrawal confirmation email or a note with your order number and request code (e.g. WCR-000001)
  • Send the return tracking number to sovietalysrls@orologirussi.it
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service: you are responsible for the product until it is received by Sovietaly SRLS
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (art. 57, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 206/2005), except in cases of defective or incorrect items

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must:

  • Be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or undisclosed damage
  • Include the original packaging, any accessories and all documentation (certificates, manuals, labels, etc.)
  • Be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal confirmation email
  • If a warranty seal is present, the return will only be accepted if the seal is intact

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or engraved watches made to the customer’s specifications
  • Sealed straps: for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened
  • Products showing signs of wear or alteration not present at the time of sale

5. Return Assessment and Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, Sovietaly SRLS will carry out an inspection within 7 working days to verify that the return meets the conditions set out above.

  • Return approved: refund issued within 7 working days using the same payment method. An alternative refund method may be agreed upon request.
  • Return not compliant: if undisclosed damage or signs of use are found, Sovietaly SRLS will propose a partial refund or return the item to the customer at their expense. Each case will be assessed individually.
  • Partial returns: only the amount corresponding to the items actually returned will be refunded.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, please report it within 14 days of delivery. You may exercise your statutory legal guarantee:

  • 2 years for new products
  • 1 year for used products

We strongly recommend reporting any issues within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos and a detailed description of the defect to sovietalysrls@orologirussi.it to speed up the process.

In the case of a defective or incorrect item, Sovietaly SRLS will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
